Special Olympics Virginia - Polar Plunge 2009
Each year on the first Saturday in February, more than a few thousand brave souls take on the icy Atlantic Ocean in pursuit of that wonderful honor "I SURVIVED THE PLUNGE!" which exemplifies an individual's dedication to helping the Special Olympics here in Virginia.
